ROOF CLEANING

Our roof cleaning process is very similar to our house washing process. We use low pressure cleaning solution that removes black streaks, algae, moss, and lichen from your homes roof. 

We  make sure to protect all of your plants and furniture around your house, prior to cleaning your roof.

Regular cleaning can increase the lifespan of your roof as it prevents the roots of moss and lichen to dig into and under the shingles and cause it to leak prematurely. The black streaks on your roof are a form of algae known as gloeocapsa magma, which create a fertile enviroment for mold and moss to grow.
